Impartiality

The Executive Board and all the members of CERTIPHARM undertake:

  • To implement an effective quality policy
  • To communicate this policy and ensure its application
  • To support those involved in the processes in their ongoing quest for improvement.

The CERTIPHARM Ethics Committee is in charge of applying the impartiality policy, and intervenes in the event of complaints concerning ethics and impartiality.
