Before committing to a certification process:

THE INITIAL VISIT

CERTIPHARM proposes you an initial visit, that is to say, a picture of your quality management system which will allow you to put together a corrective or improvement plan before the certification audit.

Objectives of the initial visit:

-> Clarify the meaning of some chapters of the chosen standard to improve the efficacy of your system
-> Identify gaps between the existing quality system related to products (or type of products) and the requirement of the chosen standard
-> Make your organization people sensitive to the audit practice.

Progress of the initial visit:

-> Presentation of your organization (activities, market, products, processes)
-> Study and analysis of the arrangements contained in the documentation of your quality system
-> Visit of the premises and verification by sampling of the respect of the system
-> Oral conclusions and auditor’s preliminary observations.

Charges for the initial visit

This price includes the provision of a service (preparation of the visit, visit itself, documents, report...)
Auditor’s travelling expenses are in addition.
