PARENTERAL SOLUTIONS
“IVCO” JVC is established in 2004 with United Kingdom, Australia, Taiwan, Korea and Mongolian
investments to accomplish the purpose of manufacturing safe, effective and local parenteral solutions according national and international standards and GMP requirements to supply in Mongolian health organizations.
Nowadays, IVCO JVC employs more than 150 staffs, leader of manufacturing, developing and researching of large and small volume parenteral solutions among Mongolian pharmaceutical manufacturers and covers 60% of pharmaceutical market.
The 71 dosages of produced medicines are listed in the National Essential medicine’s list.
In 2011 IVCO set up a production line for small volume intravenous and intramuscular sterile solutions in PP /polypropylene/ ampoules, particularly medicines for the Palliative care. The capacity of SVP solutions is 10 million ampoules per year, according to the national orders. Four main narcotic and psychoactive drugs MORPHINE 1%- 1 ml; FENTANYL 0.005%- 2 ml; TRAMA-DOL 2.5%- 2 ml; TRAMADOL 5%- 2 ml was registered in the drug register of Kyrgyzstan in 2020.
IVCO follows and completes the WHO GMP and ISO guidelines to effectuate proper quality management system in production and distribution and is audited every year by pharmaceutical audition French company, CERTIPHARM, and was granted first GMP certificate in 2013.
In 2015, the Ministry of Health and Sports of Mongolia granted « Mongolian National GMP certificate No. 01 » to the factory.
Every 3 years, the above approvals have been renewed for the 3 times by conducting an audit assessment.
One of the social responsibility of the company is contributing to establish gratuity WATER TREATMENT RO SYSTEM and more than 300 of HEMODIALYSIS APPARATUS in private and state hospitals localized in Ulaanbaatar and 21 provinces of Mongolia and also is responsible for whole installation, maintenance service and training activities.
Since 2013, IVCO has been developing the introduction of Peritoneal Dialysis into the Mongolian health system and successfully trained doctors, nurses and patients to use CAPD / Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis/ solutions which is the principal product of the company.
